Each module in my Self Heal Course is a bioenergetic healing chamber that activates deep healing, Soul alignment and embodiment, supporting spiritual and intuitive development for a grounded ascension process. Although I am still learning how to fully embody these practices, this course planted important seeds in me. It shifted how I think about intuition, self-healing, and my relationship with my body.
