Group Room Workshop Event Space
for up to 24 people
Our group room is an intimate serene space, and can hold up to 24 people. Depending on the nature of your event, workshop or series of classes this number would adjust to accommodate as per the need and requirement, which is determined upon booking the venue. For example, to provide sufficient space for rows of yoga mats, the max number of people these classes can hold is 12. If you prefer the sacred circle formation, we have found that 8-10 people are comfortable if laying down is required, and 15 if seated in a circle.

Catering from our Kitchen and Cafe can be organized if requested.

Children are welcome, however we ask that you please leave your pets at home.

Please park in designated areas below the main house, and enjoy the beautiful nature as you walk up the hill, by the pond, to the venue. We ask that all facilitators inform their guests and participants to do the same.
NOTE: There is no parking above, in front of or near the venue as we aim to keep the surrounding area as natural as possible. We aim to keep all vehicles, machinery, objects that are not of nature out of the sight line of the venue space, which has windows that allow the natural light and invite the beautiful surrounding forest to enter the room from almost every direction.
If you require closer access to the venue doors for unloading equipment, tools, props etc. that support your intention, you are most welcome to pull up to the venue, unload your vehicle then drive back down to the designated parking area. In this case we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to start time.

Includes 30 minutes on either side ~ Please leave the venue as clean as you found it.
If you are inquiring to run a series of classes as a six or eight week session, please inquire for reduced rates.

The hourly curation fee ensures that all the behind the scenes background work, all services and facilitators are booked well in advance, schedule is set (including your free time to explore on your own with provided recommendations), and foundations are solid before your arrival. We essentially breathe life into, build out and architect your retreat Vision with intuitive precision, logistical flow, divine beauty, motherly care, immaculate organization and attention to every detail - so that all you and your group have to do is show up and be lovingly welcomed to a dream come true.
