Sound therapy
Enjoy moving at your own pace from the cedar sauna (fire) to the natural creek-fed swimming pond (water) for detoxification, purification and cleansing fire-water ritual, then find deep release and surrender at a crystal and gemstone moss bed (earth) as you sink deep into Mother Earth's embrace under a canopy of cedar and pine trees, allowing you entire body to relax and breathe (air). Incorporate sound bath in the forest, or barefoot grounding with chakra and spinal alignment, then meet us for frequency healing and sound therapy (aether) in the Stillness Chapel where you will receive our 2.5 hour Body + Sound Massage immersion to end. Upon request you may include dance, a menu of juices, smoothies, herbal teas, or vegetarian grazing (nourishment options discussed upon booking request and consultation call), cozy evening campfire, accommodation and breakfast. Ayurvedic Massage
Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Full body Ayurvedic herbal oil treatment detoxifies, opens energy channels, balances and releases latent vitality. The Sacred Feminine weaves therapeutic healing touch with attention to the breath, somatic response, sound, fragrance (oils), colour, crystals, pure mountain spring water for drinking (charged with prayer and frequency of The Sun). A beautiful ceremonial atmosphere, ever-deepening and expanding Space of Love to relax and receive from with The Heart of God. Three Ayurvedic Massage treatments that systematically work in order treating the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine (and related musculature). This is combined with exercises for optimal spinal health, flexibility, fluidity, and vitality. Unlock access to radiant health and joy. Enjoy a flow of regeneration and renewal by releasing physical tension, energetic stagnancy and stored trauma from the spine and trunk of the body. Body + Sound Massage
Full body massage followed by shamanic sound bath with Shekinah and Robert. This session ends with sharing, questions, and synthesizing intuitive findings and information about the light body, spirit guides and past lives. Incorporated into the session is the use of crystal and gemstones, and frequency sound healing with copper coil technology. The final 15 minutes of this session is dedicated to personal reflection and journaling in the Stillness Room with frequency of The Sun. (3 hours)

Sacred Dance to music playlist chosen based on individual intention. Purpose of the one hour guided session is to create space in the body and life for a desired shift to take place, to learn to trust and be guided by the body of instinct, intuition, sensuality and sound. Create divine momentum and become fully opened to a wholly reclamation, divine realignment and transcend. Includes initial consultation. Rest on a bed of intuitively chosen crystals and gemstones, breathe in the aromatherapy and follow the breath as allow your body of consciousness to expand. As Robert plays the Tibetan Singing Bowls you will feel the pure healing sound vibrations and waves of light permeating the space within and all around you, massaging every cell, clearing every space.
