Participating in Sheena (Shekinah)’s Self Heal Course in Miracles of the Body - Activations for Deep Healing & Ascension was a truly luminous and grounding experience.
From the very beginning, Shekinah gently gathered our group into a space of safety and authenticity, inviting us to reconnect with the sacredness of our own bodies. Her depth of knowledge is both vast and embodied — not just learned, but lived through years of devotion to energy healing, dance, and multidimensional healing modalities. You can feel that wisdom in the way she holds space and delivers each weeks Module and body system.
Specifically for Module 1, what touched me most was how she introduced the inter-dimensional nature of our being. She guided us into a profound remembrance of our ancestral threads and divine lineage — not as an abstract concept, but as something living within us. Standing in the authority of our own legacy felt empowering and humbling at the same time. Through her guidance, we were invited to acknowledge our multidimensional selves and reflect on our soul origins from a galactic perspective, all in relationship to the Creator. It was expansive, yet deeply anchoring.
As we journeyed deeper, we explored the Sensory System as a sacred portal into the divine. This wasn’t just theoretical or scientific — it was somatic, experiential, embodied. Through meditation and guided wisdom, Shekinah led us into a profound exploration of the senses as gateways to higher awareness. Her calm, steady voice created a field of coherence as we practiced heart–brain alignment, heart–womb coherence, and focused breathing techniques. These practices brought both discipline and devotion into the body in such a gentle way.
The Healing Chamber meditation was especially powerful — a ceremonial space where we connected with Higher Self, Creator, and Mother/Father God to activate and rejuvenate the Sensory System. It felt sacred, intentional, and deeply restorative.
Shekinah offers clear guidance on how to build a strong foundation with the body as an instrument of wisdom — truly as an Ascended Master in training. The scanning processes were profoundly effective. The somatic sensations of energy moving through the body were tangible and transformative, allowing healing to be felt, not just understood.
Overall, this experience was expansive yet grounding, mystical yet practical. Shekinah carries a glowing presence that invites trust, embodiment, and remembrance. I this session feeling more connected to my body, my lineage, and my divine essence — gently awakened and beautifully aligned.
